Data Aquisition w/SCSI

Does anyone know of a commercial data acquisition box that
would connect to the SCSI interface on my Indigo?  Pointers
to companies providing such a product would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

IOtech makes such a product with drivers for Suns. I haven’t used it, so I
can’t comment on how well it works or be certain their drivers will work
under IRIX, but the phone number is (216)439-4091.

If the intended purpose is a biomedical application (e.g. evoked potentials,
EEG), a company called Neuroscan makes a combined set of amplifiers, A/D
converters and digital signal processors called Synamps:

    8-32 channels/box
    up to 100k amplification/channel
20 kHz/channel sampling rate on all channels
16 bit A/D synchronized across all channels
one DSP32C for digital filtering, etc. per each 8 channels
386/25 processor for general processing (later to be 486)
    SCSI interface to host
    hard drive (40/120 MB)
    optional (I think) VGA/keyboard interface

    Price: ~ $16-22k

They do not currently have a driver for SGI, however as soon as we
receive our Synamps :)  I will be writing one for our data acquisition
program. Contact me for more info. I have no relation to Neuroscan, by
    the way.

    Company Info:
